any dramatic weather claims require checking the weather in location of said 11-12 years prior to the claim. they never mention the cycles of anything, potato farming, weather or perfectly normal beast sandwich making.
there are no examples in the universe of 'perfect'…
unless the universe is perfect, in that case perfection would hardly warrant a headline.
