We can try it out for now. If it fails, we shut it down. This will not be the bakers union, but will be something much more open. I will ask bakers I/we trust to post their tripcodes (not TC passwords) and I'll whitelist them, don't ask me. I will know trusted bakers by their IP hash, and /comms/ BO will know trusted bakers posting there.

Bakers who still don't have tripcodes are still permitted to bake, and will earn their trips over time. There is no closed doors as to who can bake unless I spot a shill, like early this morning for example.

Bakers with tripcodes will not be given priority all the time. We need new bakers, and they should be given a chance to bake whenever possible, with the TC bakers acting as coaches.

I will keep watch as close to 24/7 as humanly possible.
