I won't say how I voted.

I will say that if this system is implemented, and if those Bakers who attain a tripcode are thoroughly vetted and recognized to be trusted, then those Bakers ought to use a tripcode only as necessary.

That is to say, should shills throw down extra breads, or should overzealous Anons get antsy during an emergency, a vetted Baker should post or re-bake with a tripcode to help restore what minimal order is needed to direct Anons to delicious bread.

Such tripcodes should be used sparingly, not routinely.

Recognition and consistency are indeed important, but this extra layer can lead to demonstrable problems that will require diligence and leadership from the BO/BV to ensure that events such as the Bakers' Guild do not happen again.
