Patrick runs into a strange man who had picked up a young female who was shot and is trying to heal her, which leads him to a site where they find a child abduction business involving a FAKE modeling agency(person is killed before they can question him) and a Trucking business, who attract the girls to a photo shoot, abducts them and trucks them down to Mexico to be trafficked or sold in parts for organ harvesting(tattoo'd a heart on hand). In the last of a 3 part series. The FBI find the sister and many more that were on a Cargo ship that just arrived in Columbia and bust the trucking agency, the person heading the operation and the doctor removing the organs…all in all a very detailed version of similar events on Sound of Freedom.
