Biden Regime in a Rush to Jail Trump – DOJ Opposes Delay in Pretrial Hearing in Trump Classified Docs Case

The Biden Regime is in a rush to jail Trump before the 2024 election.

The Justice Department opposed a delay in a pretrial hearing in the Trump classified documents case.

Trump’s aide Walt Nauta requested a delay in Friday’s pretrial hearing because his attorney, Stan Woodward, is in trial this week in DC.

Woodward also doesn’t have his interim clearance yet.

The government wants to fast-track the case so they can throw Trump in prison.

Walt Nauta was charged alongside President Trump in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

Nauta pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday.

Trump also pleaded not guilty to the 37 federal charges related to the classified documents case.

President Trump was indicted on 37 counts last month: 31 charges for willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes that stemmed from notes memorialized by Trump’s attorney.

Trump’s aide Waltine (Walt) Nauta was also indicted by the Florida grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

According to the indictment, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.

Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.

According to the federal indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Nauta was charged along with Trump in counts 32, 33, 43, 35, and 36.

The charges include conspiracy, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation and scheme to conceal.

Walt Nauta was also charged alone in count 38: False statements and misrepresentations.

Nauta’s lawyer Stanley Woodward filed a complaint in the DC court alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

DOJ prosecutor Jay Bratt tried to bribe Walt Naut’s lawyer Stanley Woodward in order to get his client to testify against Trump.

Bratt brought up Woodward’s application for a judgeship and suggested it would be blocked unless he forced his client to testify against Trump.

BBC Sex Scandal Update: Mystery Star Panics and Pressures Teen Family To Stand Back – UK Police Is Not Investigating Payments for Underage Porn, but Is Targeting Social Media Users for Falsely Accusing Presenters

The public opinion in the UK remains enthralled by the current sex scandal plaguing the British Broadcast Company (BBC) – but the reaction of the authorities is turning out to be puzzling and disappointing, so far.

The BBC confirmed that its unnamed presenter, who allegedly paid a teenager £35,000 over a three-year period – starting when they were 17, up to the age of 20 – has indeed been suspended.

The mother of the teenager meanwhile revealed that the mystery BBC star is pressuring the family into backing down from the allegations.

Deadline reported:

“The BBC presenter suspended for allegedly paying a teenager for explicit images is said to have made panicked phone calls to the young person last week as The Sun reported on the claims.

The British tabloid reported on Monday that the star, who is not being named by UK media for legal reasons, phoned the teenager to ask: “What have you done?”

The presenter also attempted to stop the teenager’s mother, who appears to be the source of The Sun‘s reporting, to halt the investigation by the BBC.”

After complaining to the BBC about the presenter in May, to no avail, the mother told the story of her child to The Sun in a series of articles over the weekend.

Under British law, it is illegal ‘to possess or commission images of anyone aged under 18’.

“The BBC said: ‘The BBC takes any allegations seriously and we have robust internal processes in place to proactively deal with such allegations’.”

With the seriousness of the allegations, you would expect some vigorous police activity but, instead, they appear to be just ‘assessing’ the situation.

Megan Rapinoe says she would welcome a transgender player on US women's soccer team: 'I see trans women as real women'

U.S. women's soccer team star Megan Rapinoe said that she would welcome a transgender woman onto the team even if it meant replacing a biological woman.

Rapinoe made the comments in an interview with Time magazine during which she was asked to explain her support of transgender athletes at a time when many states are passing laws forbidding transgender athletes in some sports competitions.

"We as a country are trying to legislate away people’s full humanity," she claimed.

Rapinoe has previously made headlines for penning an essay in support of transgender athletes in 2021 at the Washington Post. She is also well known for her vocal opposition to former President Donald Trump and conservative social policies.

"It’s particularly frustrating when women’s sports is weaponized," Rapinoe continues. "Oh, now we care about fairness? Now we care about women’s sports? That’s total bulls****."

She also denied that transgender women have unfair advantages in sports.

"Show me all the trans people who are nefariously taking advantage of being trans in sports. It’s just not happening," she added.

When asked specifically if she would support a transgender woman in the U.S. women's soccer team even if it displaced a biological woman, Rapinoe went so far as to deny the distinction even existed.

"Absolutely," she said. "‘You’re taking a ‘real’ woman’s place,’ that’s the part of the argument that’s still extremely transphobic. I see trans women as real women. What you’re saying automatically in the argument—you’re sort of telling on yourself already—is you don’t believe these people are women. Therefore, they’re taking the other spot. I don’t feel that way."

Rapinoe also recently announced that she would be retiring after the 2023 soccer season.
