A woman's system cannot handle all of that stress and by they time they are in their 40s, they fall apart from auto immune diseases.
There isn't a whole lot that the common man can do about all of the shit that is currently taking place.
The only advice that I have for people nowadays, is buy more guns and ammo. Teach everyone in your family, over the age of 5, how to handle a gun appropriately.
There is a reason why "they" want to take our guns away so badly.
