I had a recent birthday that resulted in a "catch up call" with an older family member who never cared for discussion of current events that wandered outside of "R v D Paradigm."
Today was different.
Family member advised that "Whatever is going on in the medical community is not something I'm willing to be a part of" …and this played a role in recent retirement decision. This opened the door to further discussion where I offered that viewing everything through the lense of a covert war is the only way to make all appear remotely logical. Family member's nurse training came via USN enlistment long ago, so I offered a simple litmus test:
Have you kept up with current events well enough to understand that the Steele Dossier and related events were all fabricated by the Clinton Campaign, with knowledge of members of the Executive branch, for the purpose of attacking presidential candidate Trump?
"Yes."
Since that attack carried on into the Trump presidency, do you suppose there would have been a military response the moment he was sworn in as POTUS?
"Oh shit…"
