Who are those who have been acting on the world stage these last few years, Anon? Politicians, businessmen, entertainers, lawyers, talking heads, commentators, reporters have all been acting a bit odd. As if they were controlled. How many resigned and disappeared? Chris Matthews, Les Moonves, Paul Ryan, etc.

Trafficking in children was used to control these people through at least one international intelligence agency. Once the strings to those puppets were cut, who picked them up? That's why the 'trafficked to no one' mystery appears unresolved to you. The 'customers' (targets) of that operation are still useful and are still being used.
