It's literally the drugs. The street drugs aren't pharmaceutical grade and made in bathtubs and shit, even a small trace of Fentanyl will kill someone. Why does God allow bad shit happen to some people? Like Children being tortured and sacrificed? I guess perspective. Maybe the ones that had to go through that experience being tortured as kids were horrible in a past life so God put them through a version of Hell where they had to experience being tortured so at least God gains a new perspective / experience through the suffering of that persons Hell.
Then on the reverse side God gains the perspective of Heroes wanting to stop the torturing and sacrifice or Children. It's all win / win from God's vantage point.
