I have been doing intermittent fasting for the past 4 months.

 

Lost 50 pounds and it ha stayed off.

 

The key is learning when your body is craving energy and not just wanting to fill up on shit in order to avoid burning fat reserves.

 

Eventually, as I have learned, you find out you really don't need to eat as much or as often as the experts say.

 

And yes, I have been monitoring this with my doctor's approval.
