FWIW, if the Pope goes down in July, it may become a big media distraction. Remember how it was in February/March 2013 when Pope Benedict retired… nearly a whole month of media focus between his announcement and Francis's election and installation.

I remember hearing about some planes having cameras mounted on the outside so the passengers could watch the outside view on their entertainment systems. I've never seen any myself - what I heard was that it bothered some of the passengers. Anyone able to confirm that this used to be a thing?
