I have done tons of ecstasy. It has no such effect. It is similar to acid but much weaker, speedy, and only lasts a few hours. Any love reaction is most likely a placebo effect that the user desired to have happen in the first place.
It is really kind of a boring drug, and it has zero effect on someone's view of Semites, most people don't know what that is anyway.
