Here is my take on the 1M lottery system

• Only 1 winner per game

• Winner has 24 hrs to claim or forfeit

• If no winner drawn, Draw till a winner.

• No lotto until 1M is claimed

• No National Lotto, Each State their own.

• US ID to buy Lotto
