what I have noticed in a few cases I can't now name

one of them being:

(the one clinton bragged about – "corporations are people"

this was HER lawsuit)

sometimes meaningful lawsuits are filed

and are taken (at great expense) to the supreme court

where

lo and behold

the case is lost

either due to bad presentation

bad evidence

failure of paperwork

etc etc

and under FALSE PRETENSES

a landmark case sets the rules ever after

I believe this is what happened in Bush v Gore, as well

they take on a lawsuit and DELIBERATELY SCREW IT UP

to set the precident
