Former Acting Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Mark Morgan says that the Biden administration is actively shepherding illegal immigrants through ports of entry.

According to a recent report from CBP, encounters from illegal immigrants at the border have decreased since February 2021.

Morgan says that it's a very misleading statistic and a lie from the Biden administration.

"Over the last 28 months, what we've seen in June is the outer ports of entry, they had over 110,000 encounters," Morgan said on the Thursday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show.

"That is a 350% increase from when they took over 28 months ago," he continued. "That's the shell game. They've simply taken those that were previously illegally here in between the ports of entry, and now they just shepherd them to the ports of entry, release them and they're calling the victory. It's a big lie. It's a scam."

The Biden administration has faced a lot of criticism from Republicans over the crisis at the southern border, with many arguing that the ending of Title 42 has made it worse.

Morgan said that what's going on is a major national security threat.

"The problem is they're lying to us," he said. "Not just with the numbers, but also with the narrative. They keep trying to tell Americans that what's happening at our borders is about immigration. It is not. This is not about legal immigration. This is about border security, which is synonymous with national security."

Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman Claims Big Tech Censorship Enabled More People to Hear of ‘Laptop from Hell’

Former MSNBC Contributor and U.S. Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY) claimed that social media censorship of the New York Post’s Hunter Biden “Laptop from Hell” story in the lead-up to the 2020 election caused the report to “receive far more attention” than if there had never been “any controversy.”

His claim regarding the censorship, which he dubbed a “controversy,” came during his questioning of Breitbart News Politics Editor Emma-Jo Morris at the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on Thursday.

Morris, one of several witnesses at the hearing along with Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., broke the “Laptop from Hell” story at the Post, which was heavily censored across mainstream social media outlets as the 2020 election approached. The publication’s Twitter account was even locked for a period.

“And there is no doubt that this article received far more attention because of the controversy than it would if it had ever, ever been published without any controversy,” he declared.

Not only does his opinion neglect the fact that censorship, in many ways, discredited the legitimate report in public perception, but it suggests that censorship, in this case, was more beneficial to the story’s scope than if Morris’s reporting was not stifled. Further undermining the argument, a December TIPP Insights polling survey revealed “half of respondents said they would have voted differently had they known the Hunter Biden’s laptop revelations were authentic,” the Daily Mail reported.

China Hacked Top State Dept Officials' Emails Ahead Of John Kerry's Climate Meeting In Beijing: REPORT

Hackers linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) breached the email accounts of Ambassador to China Nicholas Burns and Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia Daniel Kritenbrink in hacks disclosed last week, according to a Thursday report by The Wall Street Journal.

The hacks of the two high-level diplomats preceded Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry’s four-day visit to Beijing to discuss green policy with CCP officials, according to anonymous sources cited by the WSJ. Though the extent of the hacks are currently unknown, it is believed that the hackers may have gained access to hundreds of thousands of U.S. government emails.

Burns and Kritenbrink are thought to be the two highest-ranking State Department officials targeted by the hackers, according to anonymous sources cited by the WSJ. The email accounts of the two diplomats are not believed to contain highly-classified information and documents.

Kritenbrink visited China a month ago alongside Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Kritenbrink, Burns and Blinken all met with Chinese officials and the CCP’s leader, Xi Jinping, according to the WSJ. The hackers are not believed to have compromised the email accounts of Blinken or his closest advisers.

Nonetheless, the compromised messages could have enabled the CCP-linked hackers to assess general U.S. strategies ahead of diplomatic talks between Biden administration officials and representatives of the CCP, according to the WSJ. The approximated number of compromised emails is preliminary, and the figure could grow larger as the probe into the hack progresses, according to anonymous sources cited by the WSJ.

The wave of hacks that compromised the two diplomats’ communications was first disclosed last week, according to the WSJ.

Kerry attempted to cut a deal with the CCP on climate policy, but returned stateside with little to show for his efforts. Kerry said Wednesday that “nothing will get in the way” of the Biden administration’s desire to find common ground with the CCP on climate change-related issues and initiatives.

“For security reasons, we will not be sharing additional information on the nature and scope of this cybersecurity incident at this time,” a State Department spokesperson told the Daily Caller News Foundation in a statement.

The State Department “continuously monitors and responds to activity of concern on our networks,” the spokesperson continued, adding that “our investigation is ongoing, and we cannot provide further details at this time.”

The disclosure of the compromised emails follows the July revelation that CCP-linked hackers had gained access to Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo’s email account. Tensions between the two world superpowers have been increasingly fraught in recent months, with both countries exchanging export restrictions to limit access to key technological products and parts.

The White House and the White House National Security Council did not respond immediately to requests for comment.

GOP Congressman Tim Burchett said the Secret Service destroyed all the DNA evidence after they blew up the baggy of cocaine.

Dan Bongino told Eric Bolling about a phone call he received from a ‘friend’ on the inside who offered up a different scenario.

“Let’s just say a friend called me up and said, ‘Don’t preclude the possibility that the cocaine found in the White House there was not accidentally left behind.’ In other words, it was left there deliberately for someone to find, and let’s just say someone else may have found it. So that’s the story I kind of heard from someone who may know a little something about something. We’ll see what happens, but they know who it is. I’m sure of it,” Bongino said.

Bongino went on to discuss that it would have been almost impossible to bring cocaine into the White House, put it in a cubby, and not leave behind some kind of evidence like DNA or fingerprints.
