This type of case should trigger death penalty case with no discretion from prosecutor as to whether to consider death penalty or not.

The defense should have to argue down from death penalty!

In TX, this does not meet the qualifications of a death penalty case so the prosecutor could not consider seeking death.

They were able to plead murder down to "injury to a child!"

This is the 2nd murder of an infant anon has seen allowed to plead to injury to a child.

It's UNCONSCIONABLE!

Immediate death - NO APPEALS.
