Any U.S. Military Anons in here? I'm not a lawfag and not a military Anon. I am helping some Anons do some research. I'm digging into Title 10 of the United States Code, which is the Uniform Code of Military Justice, because I'm looking for provisions referencing the ability of the U.S. Military to intervene in state government when necessary to protect from enemies foreign and domestic.
In other words, in a state where all three branches are demonstrably corrupt, and the citizens have no choice but to alert U.S. Military officials, is there a specific provision of the Uniform Code of Military Justice to which citizens can refer, or is the call for intervention enough?
Thank you.
