I highly recommend the book by Clark Howard called Zebra. Its about a group of black muslims in the SF bay area that went on a serial killing spree. Many similar killings occurred throughout California also during the same time period in the early 70's.
No its because black males were the first victims of destroying the nuclear family. In order to get welfare there could be no man of the house. So the black males all went to prison and the the baby mamas all went on welfare. Give the black man an honest days work for an honest days pay and watch this whole democrat strangle hold on them evaporate.
Thats because felons cant vote so they discard the black males and rely on the votes of the black female cattle they have feeding at the trough of welfare. Allow the black males to make an honest living and watch how quickly it turns around.
