LEAKED FOOTAGE: Retired Four-Star General McChrystal Claims Nord Stream Pipeline Bombing was Perpetrated by the United States

Retired four-star General Stanley A. McChrystal, who was removed from his command by Barack Obama following critical comments on his administration, has made explosive comments suggesting that the United States was behind the Nord Stream pipeline bombing, in a covertly recorded conversation obtained by Valuetainment Media.

The decorated general, known for his command of the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) in the mid-2000s and later for his role as Commander of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan, voiced these speculations during a seemingly impromptu conversation that was secretly recorded and subsequently leaked.

The clip begins with McChrystal discussing Russia and its leadership.

“There’s no obvious better solution than Russia. I think Putin ought to go, but there’s nobody that I’m aware of standing on the wings,” the general said.

In the short conversation, a man is heard asking McChrystal for his opinion on the bombing of the Nord Stream pipeline that took place earlier last year.

McChrystal’s response implied that he and his son, who worked at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), didn’t believe the Russians or the Ukrainians were responsible, as many had initially suspected.

Instead, he proposed that the bombing might have been in the interests of global natural gas producers – the United States being chief among them.

“My son is the leader of the in energy team at DIA,” said McChrystal.

“He didn’t think that the Russians did it… He didn’t think that the Ukrainians did it either,” he added.

“There are people who benefited from it, and that was people who produced natural gas around the world,” said McChrystal.

He then dropped a bombshell, implying a potential U.S. role in the attack.

“So if you really want to get conspiracies, the United States made more money off that deal than anybody else. But yeah, but that’s because we were huge beneficiaries, and we changed our policy. We started providing liquid natural gas overseas and, you know,” he said.

President admitted that during a press conference in April of “two very smart people” came into his office and urged him to lock down the economy or 2.2 million Americans would die from the China virus.

But President Trump did not say who those “two very smart people” were.

And because of Dr. Birx and Dr. Fauci from 300,000 to 900,000 children died from starvation due to their economic lockdowns.

In an interview with Neil Cavuto, Birx admitted that she “knew” that COVID-19 vaccines “were not going to protect against infection” yet she pushed them anyway.

US Virgin Islands Versus JPMorgan Chase: Judge Allows Bank To Argue the Affirmative Defense That Territory Government Has ‘Unclean Hands’ Due to Its Own Jeffrey Epstein Ties

A lawsuit is raging in Federal Court in New York, pitting the government of the US Virgin Islands territory against America’s largest bank, JPMorgan Chase.

But while the bank has agreed to settle a parallel suit by Epstein trafficking victims for a value said to reach $290 million, it has stood its ground and put forward ‘affirmative defenses’ stating that the USVI has ‘unclean hands’ because of its own ties to Epstein, and therefore could not seek damages in court.

On his lastest decision, judge Jed Rakoff denied the USVI request to block JPMorgan Chase’s ‘unclean hands’ defense.

The St. Thomas Source reported:

“JPMorgan Chase may employ affirmative defenses against the V.I. government’s lawsuit that alleges it aided and abetted Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking scheme, a judge has ruled, while also expressing skepticism that the bank’s strategy will succeed.”

The V.I. Justice Department asked the court to strike this line of defense that alleges the USVI is equally culpable in Epstein’s crimes, having given his companies millionaire tax breaks and ‘actively facilitating and benefitting’ from his activities.

The Judge Jed Rakoff ruled against the USVI government but also expressed some overall skepticism about JPMorgan’s defense.

“’The Court has received extensive briefing and oral argument on the motion. After full consideration, the Court denies the motion’,” Rakoff wrote in his order. ‘Although the Court is skeptical that some or all of the defenses will survive summary judgment (let alone prevail at trial), the Court is satisfied they should not be stricken as a matter of pleading. An opinion setting forth the reasons for this ruling will issue in due course’, he said.”

The USVI claims JPMorgan violated the federal Trafficking Victims Protection Act in its services to Epstein, and is seeking some $190 million in damages.

Public Records Reveal Billionaire Financier Leon Black Paid $62M To Avoid Prosecution by US Virgin Islands Over Epstein Ties

The Jeffrey Epstein trafficking ring saga keeps shining light on the behavior of the rich and powerful worldwide.

Public records just released reveal that embattled billionaire financier Leon Black has reached a settlement early this year with the US Virgin Islands territory government to avoid being dragged into the Vortex of the lawsuits raging in Federal Court.

“Private equity billionaire Leon Black agreed in January to pay $62.5m to the US Virgin Islands to be released from potential claims related to the territory’s investigation of the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking ring.”

Black had a close relationship with Epstein for decades, socializing together and sharing deep financial ties as the late sex offender gave him tax advice, help with buying artwork, and many other professional services.

“The billionaire reportedly paid Mr. Epstein $158m for financial planning. The pair cut business ties in 2018 because of a ‘fee dispute’, representatives for Mr. Black have previously said.

In 2021, Mr. Black stepped down from Apollo Global Management, the private equity firm he co-founded. Following his resignation, the firm hired the law firm Dechert to investigate his ties to Epstein. Dechert cleared Mr. Black of wrongdoing but noted that payments to Epstein ‘far exceeded any amounts’ to his other professional advisors.”

This settlement with Leon Black is another part of the US Virgin Islands’ larger probe of the Epstein sex trafficking ring.

“The settlement said its contents should not be construed as an “admission of liability”

The agreement was reached in January and produced by the Virgin Islands government as a result of a public records request by the [New York] Times.”

Black and the USVI settled claims through private mediation that same month.

“As publicly reported, Mr. Black engaged and made payments to Jeffrey Epstein for legitimate financial advisory services, which based on everything now known, he very much regrets,” a spokesperson for Black wrote in an email to Forbes, adding, “There is no suggestion in the USVI settlement that Mr. Black was aware of or participated in any misconduct.”

The fallout continues to hurt the billionaire over his relationship with Epstein. Besides losing his CEO position in the firm he founded, he also saw other old allegations emerge.

Ex-model Guzel Ganieva, whom he reportedly had dated for years, accused Black of rape. He sued her for defamation but failed, and Ganieva also filed a separate lawsuit accusing Black of defaming her.

“That suit [from Ganieva] was dismissed by a New York state judge in May, when the judge ruled that Ganieva’s claims could not be pursued after she accepted $9.5 million in payments linked to a nondisclosure agreement that covered their six-year relationship.”

Starving 8-year-old girl jumped out of second-story window, walked barefoot to nearby store to ask for food: Report

A disturbing story out of West Virginia indicates that an 8-year-old girl had become so hungry that she jumped out of a second-story window and walked barefoot across a busy road late at night to find food at a nearby store.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on July 7, the unnamed 8-year-old reportedly walked into a Family Dollar store in Arnoldsburg, West Virginia, about 60 miles northeast of the capital city of Charleston. Wearing no shoes or socks and carrying a teddy bear, the girl told the two night-shift clerks that she had barely eaten in the last three days.

"The little girl, she came through the store, just walked straight up to us was like, 'I'm hungry. My mom and dad don’t want me no more. Do you have anything I can eat?'" one of the employees told a reporter with WSAZ-TV.

The attendants gave the girl several snacks, including pizza, cereal, and candy bars, while they waited for police. The girl stated that she intended to walk to a friend's house after stopping by the store, but the employees told her that she could not because it was too dangerous.

When officers arrived, the girl was unable to give her address but knew the name of her street and gave a general description of her house. She also identified her father as Ryan Keith Hardman and her stepmother as Ellio M. Hardman, both 33, who were home when officers arrived. The girl's three siblings were also in the home at the time.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl told police that "her parents told her she had an attitude and when they think she has an attitude, they tell her she’s not being good and they don’t want her." She claimed that her 12-year-old sister gave her a peanut butter and jelly sandwich sometime during the day on July 6 but that otherwise, she had had nothing to eat in three days. The sister seemed to corroborate the story, claiming that the 8-year-old was sometimes forced to suffer that way for up to a week at a time.

The 8-year-old also explained to police that she often eats only once a day and is mainly forced to stay in her room all day. She is forbidden from going downstairs except to use the bathroom, reports said. She expressed to police that she did not want to remain at home with her parents.

When officers asked how she got outside that night, she reportedly pointed to a second-story window. She claimed that she had removed a screen and then dangled from the ledge before jumping to the ground. Her foot hit part of an air conditioning unit, she said, after confirming to police that the jump had "hurt."

Investigators found "small hand prints left on the vinyl siding as the hands slid down from the second story window," the complaint said. They also found an area on the ground that appeared to have been disturbed, possibly by the child's jump.

Inside the home, they found plenty of food "for the entire family." They also allegedly found a substance that appeared to be marijuana and various drug paraphernalia. The Hardmans supposedly told police that the girl had escaped from the home before but did not appear to know that she had gone missing that evening.

Ryan and Ellio Hardman have been charged with felony gross neglect of a child creating a risk of injury or death, Law&Crime reported. They are each in custody in the Central Regional Jail on a cash-only $100,000 bond.

All four children have been placed in the care of Child Protective Services. The 8-year-old girl received treatment for minor leg injuries.

Florida ‘sexual predator’ arrested 1 day after release from 9-year sentence for removing GPS monitor: sheriff

A “sexual predator” who allegedly removed his ankle monitor and then overdosed, was taken back into custody just one day after he was released from a more than nine-year prison sentence for lewd and lascivious battery with a victim 12-15 years old, according to the sheriff’s office.

Albert Lee Gardner, 29, was released from his nine-and-a-half-year sentence on July 7 and was arrested on July 8 after authorities found his ankle monitor in a convenience store trash can, the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said in a release.

A probation officer called deputies to the 7-Eleven in Brooksville, Florida, after noticing his GPS tracker had been there for an unusually long time.

Gardner had been given five and a half years of supervised release following his sentence, according to FOX 35.

Deputies then got a call about an overdose at an apartment and found Gardner had taken what his sister called an “unknown narcotic.” He was revived with Narcan.

After being cleared at a hospital, Gardner was booked without bond and charged with violating his probation and tampering with an electronic monitoring device.

Jamie Foxx speaks out for first time since mysterious health scare: ‘I went to hell and back’

Jamie Foxx said he went to “hell and back” as he spoke out for the first time since being hospitalized following a mysterious “medical complication” in April.

The Oscar winner, 55, fought back tears as he divulged on the “hellish” experience he went through in an emotional video on Instagram Friday night.

“I went through something I thought I would never, ever go through,” Foxx said, informing his 16 million followers he’s not “blind” or “paralyzed.”

“I know a lot of people were waiting or wanting to hear an update, but to be honest with you, I didn’t want you to see me like that, man,” he admitted with tears in his eyes.

“I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying, cracking a joke, doing a movie or a television show. I didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”

The actor didn’t disclose his illness, but is finally “on the road to recovery.”

Foxx praised his sister Deondra Dixon and daughter Corinne Foxx, 29, for saving his life.

“To them, to God, to a lot of great medical people, I’m able to leave you this video,” Foxx said.

“I cannot tell you how great it feels to have your family kick in in such a way, and y’all know they kept it airtight — they didn’t let nothing out, they protected me — and that’s what I hope that everyone could have in moments like these. But, I’m coming back, and I am able to work.”

Foxx said his eyes are “working just fine,” proving that he’s “not paralyzed.”

“I just want to say I love everybody, and I love all the love that I got,” he added.

While those close to Foxx have been tight-lipped on what exactly caused him to be hospitalized, his daughter Corinne revealed in April that her famous dad fell ill in the middle of production on his upcoming movie “Back in Action.”

Russia Targets Ukraine’s Farm Storage Sites After Collapse of Black Sea Grain Deal

Russia followed its withdrawal from a grain export deal by expanding its attacks from port infrastructure to farm storage buildings in Ukraine’s Odesa region Friday, while also practicing a Black Sea blockade.

Other Russian missiles damaged what officials described only as an “important infrastructure facility” southwest of the port city of Odesa, in what appeared to be an effort to cripple Ukraine’s food exports.

Attacks in recent days have put Odesa in Russia’s crosshairs after Moscow abandoned a wartime deal that allowed Ukraine to send grain through the key Black Sea port.

In the attack on the storage site, two low-flying cruise missiles started a blaze, then another struck during firefighting efforts, regional Gov. Oleh Kiper said. The barrage injured two people, damaged equipment and destroyed 100 metric tons (110 tons) of peas and 20 metric tons (22 tons) of barley, Kiper said.

Russia targeted Ukrainian critical grain export infrastructure after vowing to retaliate for what it said was a Ukrainian attack that damaged a crucial bridge between Russia and the Moscow-annexed Crimean Peninsula.

“The enemy is continuing terror, and it’s undoubtedly related to the grain deal,” said Natalia Humeniuk, a spokesperson for the Ukrainian military’s Operational Command South.

Both Russia and Ukraine have announced they will treat ships traveling to each other’s Black Sea ports as potential military targets.
