This happens every year. Tilapia come up from the south for warmer water up to the island of Florianopolis along with whales feeding on the fish. Did some surfing there for years. Lots of penguins, sometimes still alive but weak. Feeding frenzies, etc. It's nuts. Mostly May and June. They even call off surfing so the fishermen can fish. At least, don't get in their way or scare of their catch. Season probably longer further south.

Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street, et al. are not the primary problem. The problem is that the underlying shares of their ETFs and mutual funds don't pass through voting rights. The people own the shares, not those companies. Yeah, there is some nuance, but it is the voting control that is the problem. At least try to be educated before attempting to say something intelligent. This shit has been going on for years and makes us look and sound like idiots.
