As for the schuman resonance, you should have seen the previous weeks.
They've already launched satellites, that's not exactly cheap to do. Where's the $$ coming from is waht i want to know. They seem to be headquartered in Vienna.
A lot of the major spikes seem to happen during night time in north america, or daytime in russia/china depending on how you look at it. Also, some of the big spikes have coincided with sun activity.
