I ran across this tonight - Itzak Bentlov (see CIA reading room document - >>2010045) was killed in American Airlines crash 191 on May 27th, 1979. This was outbound flight from O'Hare to Los Angeles that was carrying like 80,000 gal kerosene. Going to have to do some deep digging on him to see if he had C_A connections.
