I think I agree with another anon who speculated that she might have been up all night working on the statement, and she's there "reading along" with it in her head to make sure it's correct, and then does jump up to correct a word that is said incorrectly. Does not look like some kind of spooky mind control to me. Just a freakishly tired aide, IMO.
