True the Vote’s Catherine Engelbrecht Responds to GA Charges and Media Smears – With Hard Evidence!

The Georgia State Election Board sued True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips earlier this month to disclose evidence behind the claims made in their popular documentary on organized election fraud and ballot harvesting in the state.

The Texas-based True the Vote group filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in November 2021, including one saying it had received “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the 2020 general election and in a runoff election in January 2021.

True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for the film “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. The film featured surveillance video from drop boxes in Atlanta’s suburbs showing people depositing multiple ballots. A State Election Board investigation found that those people were submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law. (TGP note: This is completely inaccurate.)

In the court filing Tuesday, the state attorney general’s office asked a Fulton County Superior Court judge to order True the Vote to comply with its subpoena.

“After multiple good faith efforts by the SEB (State Election Board) and its counsel to obtain the requested information and documents, True the Vote continues to indifferently vacillate between statements of assured compliance and blanket refusals,” leaving the election board with no choice but to turn to the courts, the filing says.

Two attorneys who have represented True the Vote in the matter did not immediately respond to emails seeking comment Wednesday.

This is an interesting development considering True the Vote offered the State of Georgia evidence of numerous ballot mules in the state during the 2020 election. Governor Kemp at the time was NOT INTERESTED.

In January 2022 The Gateway Pundit reported a bombshell report. True the Vote released evidence that identified hundreds of people who were illegally stuffing drop boxes in Georgia before the 2020 Election. What was left unreported is Governor Kemp’s response to this information.

True the Vote shared its information with Georgia’s Governor Kemp and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) back in April 2021. Months later in September 2021, True the vote received a response from Governor Kemp’s appointee at the GBI, minimizing the evidence provided and providing their decision not to perform any investigation into the ballot trafficking operation.

China announces new foreign minister

Wang Yi has returned to replace Qin Gang, who spent just seven months in office

China has announced the replacement of Foreign Minister Qin Gang with his predecessor, Wang Yi, who previously served in the role for almost a decade.

The decision was confirmed on Tuesday during a meeting of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee. As well as replacing Qin, the committee appointed a new governor of the People’s Bank of China. The gathering appeared to have been expedited as the body typically convenes at the very end of the month.

Neither the committee nor the Chinese Foreign Ministry provided any explanation for the reshuffle.

The move means Qin has become China’s shortest-serving foreign minister, with his tenure lasting less than seven months. He had already been absent from public view for around a month, and skipped a meeting of leading diplomats from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) earlier in July for what were described as “health reasons.”

Arguably the most notable event of Qin’s short-lived tenure were the talks in June with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who became the most senior American official to visit Beijing since President Joe Biden took office in 2021. However, the two sides did not report any major breakthroughs as a result of the discussions.

Blinken’s visit was soon undermined by comments from Biden, who branded Chinese President Xi Jinping a “dictator” just days after the US diplomat had returned from the trip. China expressed “strong dissatisfaction and opposition” over Biden’s remarks, describing them as a “blatant political provocation.”

Qin was elevated to the role of foreign minister on December 30, 2022, having served as China’s ambassador to Washington for around 18 months. He replaced veteran diplomat Wang, who had led China’s Foreign Ministry since 2013.

At the time, Wang assumed another senior diplomatic role as director of the Communist Party’s Central Committee Foreign Affairs Commission Office. Thus far it remains unclear if Wang will retain that post alongside his position as foreign minister.

Apple hit with $1 billion lawsuit in UK

The major class action has been brought by apps developers over alleged monopolistic behavior

More than 1,500 app developers in the UK filed a £785 million ($1 billion) class action lawsuit against tech giant Apple on Tuesday over its App Store fees.

The lawsuit was filed with the Competition Appeal Tribunal, with the developers claiming that Apple’s 30% charge on in-app sales discourages competition.

“Apple’s charges to app developers are excessive, and only possible due to its monopoly on the distribution of apps onto iPhones and iPads,” said Sean Ennis, a professor at the University of East Anglia and a former economist at the OECD, who brought the lawsuit on behalf of the developers.

“The charges are unfair in their own right, and constitute abusive pricing. They harm app developers and also app buyers,” Ennis claimed.

Apple has refuted the accusations, arguing that its App Store fees are reasonable and contribute to a high-quality user experience. It has also insisted that it abides by all the relevant legislation.

Apple charges 15% to 30% commissions for the use of in-app payment systems. The tech behemoth’s service business has experienced revenue growth of approximately $20 billion per quarter in recent years.

However, the company’s practices have drawn the attention of antitrust regulators in several countries. In 2021, Apple was hit with a €13 billion fine ($14.9 billion), plus interest, by the European Commission over anti-competitive behavior on its App Store. The US Department of Justice is also suing the tech firm, claiming Apple has exploited its position of power in the smartphone market.

LeBron James' 18-Year-Old Son Suffers Heart Attack During Practice

On Monday, Bronny James, the eldest son of LA Lakers star LeBron James, suffered a heart attack during practice at USC.

James was rushed to the ICU, and is now in stable condition, ESPN reports.

"Yesterday while practicing Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest," said a James family spokesperson in a statement. "Medical staff was able to treat Bronny and take him to the hospital. He is now in stable condition and no longer in ICU. We ask for respect and privacy for the James family and we will update media when there is more information.

"LeBron and Savannah wish to publicly send their deepest thanks and appreciation to the USC medical and athletic staff for their incredible work and dedication to the safety of their athletes."

James, 18, is entering his freshman year at USC and is ranked 20th in the 2023 ESPN 100 rankings. He is the sixth-rated point guard in the class of 2023.

It is the second straight year the Trojans program has had a player suffer cardiac arrest.

Center Vincent Iwuchukwu, one of the top incoming freshman in college basketball last season, suffered cardiac arrest on July 1 and was hospitalized for a few days. He returned to play for USC in January, appearing in 14 games. -ESPN

Rivals Saudi Arabia and Iran united in condemning the series of incidents in Sweden and Denmark

Muslim-majority nations have angrily criticized the governments of Denmark and Sweden for repeatedly allowing the burning of the Quran during protests in their capitals. The latest incident, during which the Muslim holy book was trampled on and destroyed, took place in Copenhagen on Monday.

Türkiye condemned the protest, which was staged in front of the Iraqi embassy by an ultra-nationalist group called Danish Patriots. The Turkish foreign ministry called the protesters’ actions “vile attacks against our holy book” and urged the Danish authorities to “take the necessary measures to prevent these outrageous acts.”

Baghdad slammed both the burning on Monday and a previous demonstration by the same group, which took place last Friday.

“These systematic actions expose societies to the infection of terrorism and hatred and threaten peaceful coexistence,” the Iraqi foreign ministry said in a statement on Monday.

Last week’s event in Copenhagen, which the Danish Patriots live streamed on Facebook, triggered mass protests in Baghdad. Bridges to the Green Zone, which houses several Western embassies, were closed off on Saturday and security measures were increased by the government.

Danish diplomatic staff left Baghdad on the same day, the Iraqi ministry reported on Monday. Denmark said its embassy was closed for summer holidays, but denied withdrawing personnel.

Just days earlier the Swedish embassy in Baghdad was overrun by angry protesters, who were protesting a demonstration during which a Quran was burnt in front of the Iraqi diplomatic mission in Stockholm. In response Iraq expelled the Swedish ambassador and recalled its own representative to the country.

Algeria, another Muslim-majority nation, summoned the Danish ambassador and the Swedish chargé d’affaires on Monday to issue formal protests over what it called a string of “immoral and uncivilized acts.”

Saudi Arabia issued a condemnation on Sunday, before the latest episode in Denmark took place, saying that the desecrations of the Quran were “inciting hatred and violence between religions.”

Riyadh’s long-term regional rival, Tehran, took the same position, with the Iranian foreign ministry reportedly summoning the Danish ambassador on Sunday. The statement expressed condemnation of “any defiling of Islamic sanctities anywhere in the world.”

“The passing of the Therapeutic Products Bill marks the most significant change to the regulation of medicines, medical devices and natural health products in nearly 40 years,” New Zealand’s Ministry of Health said.

This move is part of New Zealand’s plan to ensure the safety of healthcare delivery products and boost both imports and exports. The new regulatory regime is expected to be flexible and align with international standards while maintaining the quality of regulation currently managed by the Ministry of Health.

Contrary to some reports on social media and in feedback from submitters on the Bill:

The Bill is not intended to stop people buying NHPs, unless there is robust scientific evidence to justify restricting it (eg, certain parts of a plant may be toxic while other parts are fine, or the concentration of a product is too risky to be available for general sale).

The Bill does not have a proposed list of prohibited or restricted herbal ingredients in it. If the Bill is passed, a list of recognised NHP ingredients would be developed as secondary legislation, in consultation with stakeholders.

Though touted as a step towards modernizing health product regulation, the Therapeutic Products Bill has come under heavy criticism for its implications on natural health products (NHPs), which many New Zealanders utilize for their health and wellness.

The country’s government insists that the legislation will foster innovation while aligning with international standards.

The potential implications of this decision could disproportionately impact NHP manufacturers, practitioners, and most importantly, consumers who have trusted these products for generations.

Proposed amendments to the Bill would exempt small-scale NHP producers, but product authorization would still be required for imported NHPs.

It turns out that Barack and Michelle Obama were on Martha’s Vineyard at the same time their personal chef drowned under mysterious circumstances.

Obama’s office previously claimed that the former president and his wife were not present at the residence when Tafari drowned. Now they are altering the story to say they were indeed on the property.

The Gateway Pundit reported Monday night that the body of a 45-year-old paddle boarder was found in a pond on Obama’s Martha’s Vineyard mansion. The person was later identified as Obama’s personal chef Tafari Campbell, who is from Dumfires, Virginia.

A 911 call came from Obama’s residence late Sunday night. It is not know at this time who dialed the police.

Police were searching for a missing black male paddle boarder in Edgartown Great Pond on Sunday night.

The Daily Mail revealed Tuesday that Barack and Michelle were staying on the property when Campbell perished. Not surprisingly, the Obamas employees had a little trouble getting their facts straight.

Initially, the Obamas’ office said they were not home. Their office clarified on Monday that they were on the island, just not at the residence when Campbell drowned.

Adding to the mystery is that Jim Hoft reported earlier Tuesday that Campbell had taken swimming lessons as recently as 2019. This seemingly contradicts initial assumptions that he may have drowned due to an inability to swim.

Tafari’s wife Sherise released the following statement Tuesday morning via Instagram mourning the loss of her husband.

My heart is broken. My life and our family’s life is forever changed. Please pray for me and our families as I deal with the loss of my husband.

Tafari Campbell is survived by Sherise and their 19-year-old twin sons.

MERS-CoV Case Reported in UAE, WHO Continues Monitoring Situation

On 10 July 2023, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), notified WHO of a case of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) in a 28-year-old male from Al Ain city in Abu Dhabi. The case had no history of direct or indirect contact with dromedaries, goats, or sheep. The patient was admitted to the hospital on 8 June. A nasopharyngeal swab was collected on 21 June and tested positive for MERS-CoV by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on 23 June 2023. All 108 identified contacts were monitored for 14 days from the last date of exposure to the MERS-CoV patient. No secondary cases have been detected to date.

Since July 2013, when the UAE reported the first case of MERS-CoV, 94 confirmed cases (including this new case) and 12 deaths have been reported. Globally, the total number of confirmed MERS-CoV cases reported to WHO since 2012 is 2605, including 936 associated deaths.

WHO continues to monitor the epidemiological situation and conducts risk assessments based on the latest available information. WHO expects that additional cases of MERS-CoV infection will be reported from the Middle East and/or other countries where MERS-CoV is circulating in dromedaries.

WHO re-emphasizes the importance of strong surveillance by all Member States for acute respiratory infections, including MERS-CoV, and to carefully review any unusual patterns.

Description of the case:

On 10 July 2023, the International Health Regulations National Focal Point (IHR NFP) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) notified WHO of a confirmed case of MERS-CoV in Abu Dhabi. The patient is a 28-year-old male, non- Emirati national living in Al Ain city, a non-healthcare worker. The case visited a private medical center multiple times between 3 and 7 June 2023, complaining of vomiting, right flank pain, and dysuria (pain when passing urine). On 8 June, the case presented to a government hospital with vomiting, and gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhea, and was given an initial diagnosis of acute pancreatitis, acute kidney injury, and sepsis.

On 13 June, he was in critical condition and referred to an intensive care unit (ICU) at a specialized government tertiary hospital where he was put on mechanical ventilation. He deteriorated and a nasopharyngeal swab was collected on 21 June and tested positive for MERS-CoV by PCR on 23 June 2023.

The case has no known co-morbidities, no history of contact with MERS-CoV human cases, and no recent travel outside the UAE. The patient has no known history of direct contact with animals including dromedary camels, nor consumption of their raw products.

All 108 contacts that were identified have been monitored for 14 days from the last date of exposure to the MERS-CoV patient, no secondary case was identified. The case has no family members or household contacts identified in the UAE.

Prior to this notification, the last MERS-CoV infection reported from the UAE was in November 2021. The first laboratory-confirmed case of MERS-CoV in UAE was in July 2013. Since then, the UAE has reported 94 cases of MERS-CoV (including this current case) and 12 associated deaths (Case Fatality Ratio (CFR): 13%).

After being swept into office by a wave of populist support for securing Italy’s borders, Giorgia Meloni is being accused of abandoning her supposed principles and her supporters as she’s now claiming that “Europe and Italy need immigration” and is actively collaborating with third-world nations to form immigration “partnerships.”

Under Meloni and company’s new immigration plans, dubbed the “Rome Process,” Italy will supposedly combat illegal migration and human trafficking networks while dumping hundreds of millions of dollars into the third-world sources of their migration problems, blaming “climate change”, among other things, for the illegal migration onslaught.

She says that under the Rome Process, Italy will be opening its borders to migrants in a legalized manner.

The details were reportedly hammered out during a conference hosted in Italy and attended by Meloni and leaders from the European Union and the third-world nations from where migrant boats are departing and setting sail for Italian shores across the Mediterranean Sea.

This year alone, more than 80,000 illegal third-world migrants (most of them fighting-age men of the Islamic faith) are reported to have already entered Italy. From there, many of them set out for other European nations, in what’s been compared to an invasion effort.

Pfizer Caps Hospital Drug Supply After Tornado Destroys Warehouse

Drug maker Pfizer officially confirmed that over 30 of its drugs may see supply disruption after a tornado destroyed a warehouse at its Rocky Mount plant in North Carolina last week.

Pfizer’s Rocky Mount facility makes hospital-oriented drugs, such as anesthetics, painkillers, medicines that treat infections, and drugs needed for surgeries.

Late last week, the company alerted its hospital customers by mail that the supply of a number of drugs may be impacted in the coming period.

The letter included a list of around 64 different formulations of more than 30 drugs produced at the plant. In addition, limitations have been placed on the quantities of those medications Pfizer’s customers can buy.

The company said the list was “based on Pfizer market share and inventory levels of less than 3 months across our Pfizer distribution centers and the wholesale chain.”

The tornado that struck the site on Wednesday completely destroyed the warehouse, but production facilities there do not seem to have suffered major damage, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said last week, dispelling earlier fears of long-term drug shortages from health officials.

“Anyone who is aware of this event is basically holding their collective breath at this point, hoping for the best and waiting for news,” Michael Ganio of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists told The Epoch Times when the news first broke.

The Rocky Mount plant is one of the largest factories for sterile injectable medicines in the world. Nearly 25 percent of Pfizer’s sterile injectables used in U.S. hospitals are produced there.

According to Nash County Sheriff Keith Stone, early reports mentioned that the warehouse contained 50,000 pallets of medicine when its roof collapsed, although the exact number has not been confirmed.

When it was confirmed that the damage to the manufacturing area of the plant was minimal, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said on Friday that it didn’t anticipate major shortages in drug manufacturing.

An early FDA analysis found fewer than 10 drugs for which Pfizer’s North Carolina plant is the sole source for the U.S. market.

Still, the warehouse collapse may have repercussions. Mr. Ganio said many of the drugs on Pfizer’s list are already facing shortages.

“It’s very likely hospitals and health systems have already begun managing those shortages or have strategies in place to manage them,” he said. “So hopefully, there will be minimal impact.”

No serious injuries were reported due to the collapse of the warehouse.

Embattled Democrats Accept Maximum Funds From Jeffrey Epstein-Associated Donor

Democrats running in competitive House and Senate races have accepted thousands of dollars from Democratic mega-donor Reid Hoffman, who reportedly visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island and helped the late pedophile rehabilitate his image.

Hoffman has donated more than $800,000 to Democrats during the 2023-24 cycle, the vast majority of it to President Joe Biden’s reelection bid. He has also given the maximum $6,600 donation to Democratic New York Rep. Pat Ryan and Colorado businessman Adam Frisch, both of whom are running in toss-up races. Swing state Democratic Sens. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania, Jacky Rosen of Nevada and Jon Tester of Montana have also received the $6,600 maximum from Hoffman, according to Federal Election Commission filings.

Ryan is listed on the National Republican Congressional Committee’s (NRCC) list of Democrats the GOP is targeting for pickups in 2024, while Frisch lost the closest House race of the 2o22 cycle, to Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert.

Ryan, Frisch, Casey, Rosen, and Tester did not respond to Daily Caller questions about whether or not they would return donations from Hoffman.

“It’s unfortunate that Democrats have no problem accepting money from shady characters so long as they can push their extreme political agenda,” NRCC spokeswoman Delanie Bomar said in a statement to the Daily Caller.

5,300 Migrants Apprehended in Four Days in Arizona Border Sector

Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly 5,300 migrants during the past four days, according to a law enforcement source. The sector continues to lead the nation in migrant apprehensions following a recent shift from the Texas-based border sector.

During a four-day period ending July 24, Tucson Sector agents apprehended 5,281 migrants who mostly crossed the border illegally between ports of entry. A large percentage of the migrants crossing the border in this sector are not seeking to surrender and seek asylum.

The week before, agents apprehended approximately 9,000 migrants, Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin tweeted.

During the month of June, Tucson Sector agents apprehended 24,360 migrants who crossed between ports of entry. This brought the year-to-date total for the sector to 234,667 migrant apprehensions. Three United States Marines were found dead in a car at a North Carolina gas station on Sunday, authorities said.

JPMorgan Chase viewed Jeffrey Epstein as 'too big to fail' and retained him as a client even after his 2006 sex crimes indictment in Florida due to his connections to the rich and powerful, a new court filing alleges.

The US Virgin Islands unveiled the new accusations in a court memorandum on Monday, as part of its lawsuit against JPMorgan over the giant bank's ties to former client Epstein.

The territory is suing JPMorgan for at least $190 million, saying the bank ignored red flags about convicted sex offender Epstein because he was a wealthy and lucrative client from 1998 to 2013.

The documents reveal that former JPMorgan executive Jes Staley testified under oath that he discussed Epstein's 'very public' 2006 indictment with the bank's CEO Jamie Dimon at the time it was making headlines.

Dimon has previously denied any knowledge of Epstein or his account with JPMorgan until his 2019 arrest on federal charges, saying that he did not recall any conversations about Epstein with top lieutenants.

It’s Past Time to be Honest About Israel

The deliberate corruption of American politics by an irresponsible foreign state must end

One might think that since Honest Joe Biden declared his latest war entitled the US National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism in May the media has certainly taken up the task of exposing evil in these United States by reporting every affront to Jewish groups or individuals and to the Jewish state, Israel. The purpose is to invent a narrative suggesting that the world’s richest and most powerful ethno-religious demographic is somehow a perpetual victim and that goes double for Israel, explaining and forgiving the apartheid state’s occupying army’s targeting and killing of 55 journalists and its murder of more than 150 Palestinian civilians so far this year, including the sniper shooting of a Palestinian two-year-old boy in the head. In spite of all that carnage, a wealthy Israel, which can afford to provide free health care and university education to its citizens, continues to receive nearly $4 billion in military aid plus billions more in trade and charitable benefits from the United States taxpayer annually, totaling more than $300 billion since the Jewish state was founded in 1948.

We have lately been treated to a massive propaganda campaign orchestrated by the likes of the notorious American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) hideous leader Jonathan Greenblatt. One wonders why organizations like that which work closely with the Israeli government are not required to register with the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), but to question that relationship got John F. Kennedy killed, so it is probably best to look the other way.

The role of organizations like ADL and AIPAC, dedicated to spreading lies about the Middle East and the world in general, is in part to convince the American public that Israel is really a wonderful place that is threatened by the Arab “terrorists,” as they choose to put it for obvious reasons. This grants Israel blanket immunity whenever its government exercises the “right to defend itself” doing whatever it takes, including blowing up schools and hospitals and attacking its neighbors. An astonishing bill being promoted by extremist National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir currently under consideration in Israel’s Knesset would grant complete immunity for soldiers and policemen who shoot dead Palestinians or foreigners, effectively granting “license to kill.” Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Tony Blinken might consider that as “self-defense” if asked and, oh yeah, so might our self-declared Zionist president Honest Joe.

New York teacher indicted on child pornography charges involving prepubescent minors

Anthony V. Giambrone, 40, of Kenmore, New York allegedly possessed child pornography on two separate computers.

A New York teacher has been indicted by a federal grand jury with charges of possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors.

Anthony V. Giambrone, 40, of Kenmore, New York was formally charged on Monday for alleged possession of images of child pornography on two separate laptop computers, including images of prepubescent minors, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office of New York's Western District.

Giambrone is an Erie 1 BOCES teacher working at Maryvale Intermediate School in Cheektowaga, NY.

The indictment is the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Town of Tonawanda Police Department, according to court documents.

Erie 1 BOCES sent a press release stating: "An Erie 1 BOCES employee has been put on administrative leave following allegations of child pornography. Over the weekend, administrators were made aware of the allegations, and the employee was immediately placed on leave and did not report to work this morning," according to WKBW.

Superintendent Joseph D'Angelo informed parents about the allegations on the school's Facebook page and wrote: "We were notified today that Federal Law enforcement officers arrested Anthony Giambrone and charged him with possessing images of child pornography. Mr. Giambrone is a teacher employed by Erie 1 BOCES and had been working in the Binner building on the Maryvale Campus in a program operated by Erie 1 BOCES."

"We have immediately notified Erie 1 BOCES that Mr. Giambrone is prohibited from being on campus. The safety of our students is paramount and a duty that is taken very seriously," he added.

"We have not been informed, or have reason to believe at this time, that Mr. Giambrone’s conduct in any way relates to Maryvale students. We are continuing to investigate this matter, obtain more information, and we encourage any families with pertinent information to contact law enforcement," D'Angelo explained.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

LYON, France – INTERPOL and AFRIPOL’s first joint operation against human trafficking and migrant smuggling resulted in more than 1,000 arrests worldwide and thousands of victims detected.

Coordinated with the participation of law enforcement in 54 countries, operation “FLASH-WEKA” took place in two phases between May and June to dismantle the organized crime networks behind human trafficking and migrant smuggling in Africa and beyond.

Using INTERPOL’s global criminal databases, local law enforcement worked with INTERPOL and AFRIPOL to locate, intercept and stop criminals operating across borders.
