Attorneys for Hunter Biden respond to allegations of deceiving the court clerk to remove documents from the docket:
It was a "misunderstanding" - the was no misrepresentation.
An attorney for Hunter Biden - Jessica Bengels with Latham Watkins - lied about who she worked for (alleging she was with Amicus) to get documents taken off the docket.
Here is the clerk's email documenting what occurred.
Includes a declaration from Jessica Bengels - the attorney accused of misrepresenting her firm.
"At no time during any call with the Court today or ever did I misrepresent my firm affiliation."
What will the court do? Probably nothing.
