That's a tough case. I understand the not wanting to pay the dues, but those who don't receive the benefits without having to pay. Problem isn't the unions as much as the thugs at the top running & ruining it. Glad to see the result, though.

SEIU comes to mind. I'll need to read the decision, but Government unions never made any sense to me. Private sector unions are not what they used to be either, but even then some workers are better than others and they all have the same pay scales. When it comes to the trades, especially electrical workers, I want someone Union trained, but not necessarily in the union itself. Can't change a lightbulb at a trade show without a work oder?
