WTF is the point of conducting ANY hearing with people NOT under oath?
STUPID. Invitation to lie. Waste of time, money.
My understanding is he was not fired because as an employee, he can be compelled to testify, which isn't the case as a civilian, BUT, if NOT under oath, what is the point? why bother w/ the whole charade of his testimony? this isn't a case of Swamp being stupid, it's OUR side …. Dragging it out, bringing people in w/o putting under oath… it's pointless.
