the last line definitely says "killing" something
it's on his campaign website too. i think it's from September 16, 2019 in New Mexico (Santa Ana Star Center) but I searched through the transcript and the word "killing" only appears once ("job-killing") and that word doesn't look hyphenated. idk if i'm being paranoid but maybe there's another message in there. i wonder if someone could make the image clearer.
