Theory:
Water absorbs electromagnet energy at a high rate which in turn
would cause a higher rate of evaporation into the atmosphere.
Normally this water vapor would condense and fall back to earth
has rain which would be normal for the cycle.
Now add more energy via lets say a microwave satellite transmitter
adding more energy and trapping it in the stratosphere.
This in turn would cause heat entrapment causing the planet to heat up
creating even more water vapor to rise into the atmosphere. Thus why
there is no sea level rise. It is stuck in the stratosphere.
What would happen if the power goes out on the ground cutting off all
microwave communication on ground and to the satellites (10 Days of darkness). Would the
satellites go into a stand by mode or worse yet (considering the media nuclear fear mongering
and high political tensions)multiple high altitude
nuclear explosions(sum of all fears/sky-event).
Would that water vapor cool, condense and come down as rain all at once
causing catastrophic flooding.(It's going to be biblical)
