Jack Smith Hits Trump with Additional Charges as Third Defendant Added in Classified Documents Case

Special Counsel Jack Smith hit Trump with 3 additional charges in the investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.

“Trump has been charged with three new counts, including one additional count of willful retention of national defense information and two additional obstruction counts, related to alleged attempts to delete surveillance video footage at the Mar-a-Lago resort in summer 2022.” CNN reported.

Smith also charged a third defendant in Trump’s classified documents case on Thursday.

Jack Smith charged Carlos De Oliveira, a maintenance worker who helped Trump aide Walt Nauta move boxes of documents around at Mar-a-Lago.

Carlos De Oliveira, 56, has been added to the obstruction conspiracy charges filed in the original charges.

Surveillance video turned over to the DOJ showed Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira moving the boxes of classified documents around after the DOJ issued a subpoena.

No documents were destroyed!

CNN reported:

Special counsel Jack Smith has charged a third defendant, Carlos De Oliveira, in the Trump Mar-a-Lago classified documents case, according to court files.

Former President Donald Trump and his aide, Walt Nauta, were charged last month. Both have pleaded not guilty to all charges.

De Oliveira was the maintenance worker who helped Nauta move boxes of classified documents around Mar-a-Lago after the Justice Department first subpoenaed Trump for classified documents last May.

CNN has previously reported that surveillance footage turned over to the Justice Department showed Nauta and De Oliveira, moving document boxes around the resort, including into a storage room just before Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran searched it for classified documents.

Justice Department officials came to Mar-a-Lago the day after Corcoran’s search, and Corcoran handed over 38 classified documents he had found. Yet the FBI retrieved more than 100 more classified documents when it searched Mar-a-Lago in August, both in the storage room and Trump’s office.

Special Counsel Jack Smith recently indicted Trump on 37 federal counts in Miami.

Trump was charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

Walt Nauta, a Mar-a-Lago aide, was indicted along with President Trump as a co-conspirator.

Trump and Nauta both pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Details of Hunter Biden’s Collapsed Plea Deal Released: Blanket Immunity Hidden in Paragraph 15 of Pre-Trial Diversion Agreement

Details of Hunter Biden’s collapsed plea deal were released and it is much worse than what is being reported by the liars in the mainstream media.

On Wednesday Delaware Judge Maryellen Noreika rejected the shameless sweetheart plea deal for Hunter Biden.

Hunter was only charged with two misdemeanors related to tax fraud and he will avoid prison time on a felony gun charge.

According to the DOJ’s sweetheart deal, Hunter Biden would receive blanket immunity from future charges.

The sweetheart deal fell apart and Hunter Biden ended up pleading not guilty to the charges.

Former Assistant US Attorney, Will Scharf, broke down the DOJ’s sneaky sweetheart plea deal – and the sweetest part of the deal, the ‘blanket immunity,’ wasn’t even in the plea agreement!

Hunter Biden’s blanket immunity was hidden in paragraph 15 of the Pre-trial Diversion Agreement on the felony gun charge.

“In Hunter’s case, according to what folks in the courtroom have told me, Hunter’s plea was structured under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(B), which is usually just a plea in return for a joint sentencing recommendation only, and contained no information on its face about other potential charges, and contained no clear agreement by DOJ to forego prosecution of other charges,” Will Scharf said.

“Instead, DOJ and Hunter’s lawyers effectively hid that part of the agreement in what was publicly described as a pretrial diversion agreement relating to a § 922(g)(3) gun charge against Hunter for being a drug user in possession of a firearm,” Scharf said.

The lawyers slipped Hunter’s blanket immunity in the pre-trial diversion agreement so the judge could not accept – or reject – the blanket immunity part of the deal.

Trump, Maintenance Guy Charged With Trying To Delete Surveillance Footage At Mar-a-Lago

Former President Donald Trump and a maintenance guy at Mar-a-Lago were charged with attempting to delete surveillance footage.

In a superseding indictment filed on Thursday, Trump and the worker charged under the Espionage Act, bringing the total number of counts Trump faces to 42.

It accuses Trump of acting with Carlos de Oliveira, the property manager of the hotel, and Trump’s other co-defendant Walt Nauta, with trying to delete the footage.

The indictment notes efforts from de Oliveira, 56, to determine how long security footage was stored on the Mar-a-Lago system. It says he later told another Mar-a-Lago employee that “‘the boss’ wanted the server deleted.”

The indictment also described de Oliveira and Nauta organizing their plans secretly, apparently walking among the bushes around the IT office where the security footage was managed. -The Hill

Meanwhile the president of a Ukrainian gas company allegedly paid the current US president $5 million dollars in connection with a quid pro-quo in which a prosecutor investigating said company - which employed the president's son for $80k/month, was fired. Said Ukrainian oligarch also made several recordings of said shady dealings as an 'insurance' policy, for which no special counsel has been appointed.

Anyway…

De Oliveira has been summoned to appear in a Miami courthouse on Monday, where he'll face charges of lying to investigators about allegedly moving boxes at the property, where he says he "never saw anything."

The indictment also adds a thirty-second document to the tally for which Trump is facing charges of violating the Espionage Act, a top secret document on a presentation about military activity in a foreign country.

The superseding indictment comes as a Washington grand jury met in another special counsel probe into Trump’s efforts to remain in power after losing the 2020 election. -The Hill

Trump responded following the new indictment, with his campaign calling it "nothing more than a continued desperate and flailing attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their Department of Justice to harass President Trump and those around him."

"Deranged Jack Smith knows that they have no case and is casting about for any way to salvage their illegal witch hunt and to get someone other than Donald Trump to run against Crooked Joe Biden," the statement continues.

Police call log for Tafari Campbell's drowning at Obama estate left BLANK, cops refuse to say who second paddleboarder was

Martha's Vineyard was rocked by the death of Tafari Campbell, the private chef of former President Barack Obama, earlier this week. Campbell reportedly drowned while paddleboarding on Great Edgartown Pond.

Details surrounding the distress call to 911 have emerged, but puzzlingly, the reason for the call remains conspicuously absent from the official logs, as reported first by DailyMail.com.

Tafari Campbell, aged 45, was not alone on the water during the unfortunate incident. However, the identity of the person accompanying him has been withheld by the police, sparking curiosity among the public.

The emergency call was made at 7.46pm, alerting authorities that Campbell had fallen into the water and was unable to resurface. While the call has been recorded in the Edgartown Police Department's logs, the crucial information explaining the reason behind the call was left blank. Strikingly, all other calls received proper documentation on that eventful night, making this omission even more perplexing.

The origin of the call was traced back to Wilson's Landing, a paddle board launch site situated around two miles away from the Obamas' residence at Turkeyland Cove. According to Massachusetts State Police, the first call originated from this location.

The Obama property features a private beach, offering convenient access to paddle boarding activities. At the time of the tragic incident, former President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, were not at home. However, it remains unclear whether their daughters, Sasha and Malia, who were also in town, were present at the house or elsewhere with friends or relatives.

In the pursuit of clarity, requests were made to the Obamas' office regarding the occupants of the residence when Campbell's accident occurred. However, no response has been received, leaving the public in suspense.

Further insights into the incident were gleaned from dispatch calls among emergency services. It was confirmed that Campbell had a companion on the water, another paddle boarder. Additionally, the initial 911 call, made by a female, indicated that she was on a boat, actively searching for Campbell, going "back and forth" in her efforts to find him.

California 'Teacher of the Year' faces 150 years in prison after new allegations of sexual misconduct with second child under the age of 14

A former "Teacher of the Year" is facing new child sex crimes allegations after receiving sexual misconduct accusations involving a second child.

In March, Jacqueline Ma was arrested and hit with three felony counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child and three felony counts of oral copulation. The California teacher had been bailed out of jail, but she was then rearrested the next day.

On Wednesday, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office revealed charges against the sixth-grade teacher regarding sexual abuse of an alleged second victim. KNSD reported that the amended complaint has a list of charges — including lewd acts upon a child, contact of a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense, employment of a minor to perform prohibited acts, possessing matter depicting a person under 18 in sexual contact, and harmful matter sent with intent of seduction of a minor.

Ma — the former "Teacher of the Year" at Lincoln Acres Elementary in National City, California — is accused of committing sex crimes against the first victim between December 2020 and March 2023.

Regarding the first alleged victim, the Times of San Diego said Ma was "arrested and charged earlier this year in connection with allegations that she groomed a 13-year-old former student, exchanged illicit photographs with the boy, and engaged in sex acts with the teen."

Deputy District Attorney Drew Hart said Ma had a photograph of the boy in her wallet, she had jewelry with his initials, and love letters to the boy were found in her classroom.

In March, Hart described Ma’s behavior toward the first victim as "obsessive, possessive, controlling and dangerous."

Louisiana Rep. Johnson says drugs used to transition minors likely violate medical malpractice laws

"The FDA has not approved the off label use of any of these drugs," Rep. Johnson said.

"There's a financial interest from some of these big pharmaceutical companies and these providers to push these drugs – experimental as they are and as dangerous as they are – on kids," Johnson said on the "John Solomon Reports" podcast.

"By the way, the FDA has not approved the off label use of any of these drugs," he continued. "It's a very dangerous thing. And in some of the states, it very likely violates medical malpractice laws and standards."

The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitution and Limited Government held a hearing Thursday on gender affirming care for minors where advocates for and against it testified.

"One of our witnesses today is de-transitioning," Johnson said. "Today was her 19th birthday – Chloe Cole. She tearfully shared her story about how she was forced and coerced into this and really had no idea what she was doing at the time."

Barriers Spotted Outside Fulton County Georgia Courthouse as DA Fani Willis Prepares to Charge Trump

Fulton County prosecutors are preparing sprawling racketeering charges against Trump over his effort to challenge the 2020 election in Georgia.

According to a leak to The Guardian, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will likely indict Trump in the first two weeks of August.

Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call. These phony charges have already been debunked by The Gateway Pundit and others.

The infamous phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was recorded by Raffensperger and his office. Raffensperger’s team then leaked and lied about it to the far-left Washington Post.

Fani Willis is now considering racketeering charges against Trump because there is so-called ‘evidence’ that Trump’s effort to challenge the election in Georgia did not originate in the state as a grassroots movement.

Orange barriers were set up on Thursday evening and have led to speculation that Trump may be indicted over his 2020 phone call to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger over his concerns over the 2020 election.

Progressive DA Fani Willis previously asked Fulton County judges to not schedule any trials in the first two weeks of August which indicates that if there are any big indictments coming then it will be in the next few weeks.

Per Atlanta News First:

Security barriers were spotted going up Thursday outside the Fulton County courthouse, fueling more online speculation that former President Donald Trump will face legal challenges in connection to his alleged attempts to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election.

Last year, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis opened a criminal investigation “into attempts to influence the administration of the 2020 Georgia General Election.”

Months later, a special grand jury with subpoena power was seated in May 2022.
