You evidently know nothing about textual transmission in the first 3 centuries CE and the vast production and dissemination of Christian texts, beginning in the first decade after the death and resurrection of Jesus the Nazarene.
History is always preferable to myth and historical scholarship of Christian Origins refutes your misunderstanding at every point.
Anything by Larry Hurtado, as he’s one of the leading scholars of Christian Origins of the last 35 years. He’s also written for a non-technical audience. I’d recommend “The Earliest Christian Artifacts: Manuscripts and Christian Origins”.
I think it's merely to get his testimony on the record. The evidence against him must already be voluminous (in Huber's hands) and he can now add perjury to his offenses.
