If Biden is not going to be on the ballot for 2024 elections, Dems have a very short time to push him out. October 16th of this year is the first date for someone else to be in. By Mid December of this year, there are enough State's deadlines to meet for them to be prohibited from changing candidates.
Joe could drop off the ticket once nominated by his party and be replaced by someone they voted on but has not been in the race yet.

best way to handle this is to mock Dem voters telling them how stupid they are because this is what is going to happen and they will vote for the person anyway because they have no brains and Dem leaders know it so they treat them as such.
