"All intelligence agencies in the Federal Government will report without delay and in full, to the respective House or Senate Intelligence Oversight committees upon official request, any and all information requested regardless of classification status forthwith, to that committee. Any official, elected, appointed or in the employ of any agency of the Federal Government who does not comply with this statute will be immediately placed under arrest by the JAG's office of the United States Military and charged with obstruction and tried under the UCMJ by a Military Tribunal. Upon conviction, said employee will have all retirement benefits, healthcare benefits and any other benefit provided to said employee as a benefit of employment, terminated immediately without review. Upon conviction said employee shall serve a mandatory and non-reducible 25 years in a Federal Prison Facility with no possibility of parole. This conviction will be final and not subject to any appeal process.

Any employee of any intelligence agency who solicits, request, suggest or otherwise, the participation, work product or any other such action or information of intelligence agencies of other nations ie………..5Eyes, to spy, eavesdrop, wiretap, surveil, create, subplant or facilitate information to be used against any American citizen shall be subject to the aforementioned, mandatory criminal penalities.

All Federal Intelligence agencies will be required under this law to terminate, delete, destroy and cease the collection of any and all information, personal or otherwise, unless authorized by a Court of proper jurisdiction upon presenting colloborated and documented evidence and demonstrating probable cause, of any United States citizen.

This statute will also be applicable to any Judge, Magistrate, Clerk of Court, Attorney General, US Attorney, District Attorney, Assistant District Attorney or any other public official, elected, appointed or otherwise, in the employ of our Judicial system who uses their position to Deprive any United States citizen of any God given Rights in the Bill of Rights of the Constitution. All lower courts will be subjected to District oversight committees who will function under the exact same requirments listed below, will determine the validity, lawfulness and Constitutionality of their rulings. Any Judge or District Oversight Committee member who fails to uphold the Constitution, law, statute as enacted will be immedidately arrested by the JAG's office of the United States Military and charged under the UCMJ with Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law and subject to the same termination of benefits and criminal penalties mentioned above.
