I'm not just talking regular retarded, like some people remain as an infant mental cognition capability into adulthood. Imagine someone stopped mentally developing once they turned 2 to 4 years old but the physical body was an adult. It's the strangest thing when you interact with them.
This one chick would just start spontaneously fingering herself when everyone is around, others had literal Retard Strength and would throw the female caretakers across the room, others you can tell their soul is there, but stuck in broken bodies unable to communicate.
That temp job I had at that place was actually quite eye-opening.
