Remember Dems cannot filibuster a SCOTUS confirmation anymore
Filibuster rule was undone during the Gorsuch confirmation.

I'd bet that POTUS already has a nominee ready and will announce it this week or next.
Question: if Hussein's presidency is rendered null and void due to citizenship, do his SCOTUS appointments (Kagan and Sotomayer) also become null and void? That and RBG next, means that a 9-0 conservative court is possible by 2020?
One other thing, Congress determines by legislation the number of Justices on the SCOTUS. . If they really wanted to shake things up, they could pass a law increasing the court to 11 justices. kek!
