That would abolish most of the US government. All laws, treaty's, agencies, rules, taxes…. going back to the last item passed when 1 elected representative per 10k legal voters with appointed senators. Everything else is a winning position for it's author. Never going to happen, you have already lost the republic and are losing your nation, land, and rights, especially those set aside for perpetuity.
