I am pretty sure I knew a girl when I was young that was being subjected to the Wizard of OZ programming. Her childhood was strange, she was very sexualized at a young age with a missing mother and a very strange home situation. The house she lived in was bare and her only companion, a small dog like toto, was mysteriously killed by a fall. I met her again 10-15 years later and she was a "party girl" in the Hollywood circuit.

I am almost certain now she was part a of a MK Ultra program.
