Hunter Biden left his multimillion-dollar Venice Beach, California, rental home in a state of 'disarray and disrepair' and owing approximately $80,000 in outstanding rent, DailyMail.com can reveal. The scandal-mired First Son rented the sprawling property on the edge of the Grand Canal two years ago and moved in with his then ten-month old son, Beau, and second wife, Melissa, 37, in February 2021. According to one well-placed source, 'Hunter and Melissa were horrible tenants. Not only did they stiff the owner for months of rent, they left the house in terrible condition.'

In a letter to the Manhattan federal judge on the case, the USVI’s lawyers accuse JPMorgan of failing to produce a full picture of Epstein’s banking transactions—including information that the bank had compiled as part of an internal probe called “Project Jeep,” which was launched after Epstein’s 2019 arrest for sex trafficking in New York.
The new data also uncovered “transactions from multiple Epstein-related individuals” including JPMorgan executive and Epstein pal Jes Staley, billionaire Leon Black, and Boris Nikolic, an adviser to Microsoft mogul Bill Gates who was listed as a backup executor in Epstein’s will.
The bank “is now refusing to respond to the USVI’s questions regarding the transactional data, which reveals JPMorgan handled more than $1.1 million in payments from Epstein to girls or women—many with Eastern European surnames—after Epstein was terminated by JPMorgan, including over $320,000 in payments to numerous individuals for whom JPMorgan had not previously identified payments,” the letter states.
JPMorgan claims this information was not disclosed earlier because it was not in a custodial production and/or did not relate to individuals specifically identified by the USVI as related to Epstein 🤡 🌎

Many white conservative writers would prefer to avoid writing about the topic of race relations. I’m one of them. One reason is that many white conservatives have or have had black friends, and there is often that underlying feeling that a discussion about race could put those friendships on uneasy ground. And of course, any time a conservative puts pen to paper or takes to a keyboard to tackle the issue, they are automatically accused of being racist. Then again, a conservative could write about a recipe for a tuna casserole and be accused of being racist. So I guess that point is moot.
