We're going to need other shoes to drop first before Kennedy's replacement is seated. Otherwise, its kick the can until at least after the mid-terms or next congress. Which will then leave a 4-4 SC. Which means lower court decisions to screw with the PLAN remain possible between now & then.
Having said that I'm sure Q/POTUS know that as well & have some things we're currently unaware of that they'll be doing. Like seeing to it that the public finally gets exposed to all the corruption & a bunch of congress critters start resigning soon.
