Can call it a political version of "Signaling Theory" in finance academic journals. Joe on the phone calls are a SIGNAL that he's standing ready to use the powers of the VP office to bribe, blackmail, threaten and cajole foreign businesses and tycoons for their own personal gain.

And we know they DID in fact IMPLEMENT those signals in practical activity with the threat to withhold $1 billion in loan guarantees unless Ukraine fired the prosecutor investigating Burisma for corruption.

Pelosi is lying.

Trump as POTUS did not have the legal authority to deploy the National Guard in the Capitol. ONLY PELOSI AS SPEAKER AND MAYOR BOWSER had the legal authority.

 

Letter from Trump that he posted on TruthSocial proves Pelosi is lying.

Trump did in fact plead for National Guard, 20,000 troops, but Pelosi and Bowser who had the only legal authority to do so, FAILED TO DO SO.

 

Pelosi is blaming Trump for not breaking the law to cover up the fact she was the one who had to approve it but didn't.

 

Google is suppressing the letter.
