We are basically building our own country down here anyway due to all fed up US citizens moving here from other states. It would pretty much balance things out. Never seen so much construction and so many out of state plates in my entire life. I watched the moon landings on TV. In DFW alone there is the land area of ten football fields of newly developed property coming onto the market each and every day. & days a week. That's 70 football fields every week.
Get to know lawyers and you will get it. Anon once sat at deposition in a federal lawsuit and the other side went out of their way to find an attorney to depose me who had a remarkable resemblance to my girlfriend at the time. Only much hotter. I'll be honest. It rattled me really good. This, my friends, is discovery. And, at deposition, they can ask you ANYTHING!
