Judges appointed by President. Term is lifetime or retirement. By getting a wishy washy judge out, he's able to put his own judge in. May have the opportunity to replace more, which gives the laws and EOs etc. he puts forward more likely to stand up if taken to the SCOTUS. Not only for his presidency, but for those judge's lifetimes essentially.
they can be impeached like any other official. does not have to be for breaking the law. that would be a tough fight to fight though.
you can add authorized payers just like a bank
