Justice Kennedy's letter= slap in face to POTUS:

"dear," is purposely NOT capitalized. Most letters would start out with, "Dear." Kennedy started with, "My," so he could purposely use lower case, "dear." Glad he is leaving. Need two more gone before POTUS' second term. Primary is Ginsburg, but one more after that to seal the deal.

That would make three Justices that we could be assured were not loyal to the London Bar…which is more important than just, "conservative."
