Maybe; if they putted me in a camp for my own protection before some years where i had to wear a star-sign with jew on my chest and was forced to avoid public places where was written Jews not allowed i wouldn't be so happy if they put me in a camp for my own protection. Even if i was a child or the father of some children….
And i really can't imagine that in such situation, when you were deported with a train to a camp, it suddenly went to flowers, pools and movie-theates in the camps where i as a jew barefootly could dance in the moonlight and be grateful they saved me in this camp from the war……
But maybe you're right; and where the camps some happy place where all the jews lived with a smile on their face during the days with all those nice and lovely guards.
