dunno but it is a highly corrupt and glaring mistake to make, or it could have been done on purpose, in this theory you would have to assume a few things, first is that they know what they are doing. Next doing shit like this could get the whole case thrown out. Trump needs this suits for the plan to work and especially to get the trial on national tv as it should be. My initial thought is they withheld it knowing it would be an issue, in hopes that they would squash and destroy their own case, thus denying Trump the spot light because if the case gets thrown out evidence is not introduced.

A bunch of these recent cases from what I recall hearing have these problems that exculpatory evidence is being withheld. So the question becomes how are these fuckers such good actors to pull this off IF they are under the control of muh white hats. Fucking up exculpatory evidence is usually the first thing that gets a case thrown out, but on the flip side them ignoring it shows just how broken the legal system is. At this point every person convicted of a crime guilty or not should start petitioning to get out of jail, especially on federal crimes knowing how corrupt all the judges are.
