So Alan 'underpants on' Dershowitz thinks they can get a conviction of DJT in NY or DC but it would be quashed by SCOTUS. Fine. So what do we think is going to happen when DJT subpoenas Pelosi, Ray Epps or HRC? Will the corrupt judges find some way to disallow it? The dems must know he's going after these people in discovery so what is their strategy against that? Does it all fold before it even gets to court and, if so, WTF is Dersh on about? Why didn't he mention that?
