RF fag here. Best way to disable cellular that I saw in my career is a bullet through the transmission line halfway up the tower. They have to re-run the entire line, can't just splice it without unacceptable power losses.

Easily 6 or more transmission lines on a tower, so you'll want a nice quiet camoflauged nest to shoot from, and a silencer would be real handy.

Make special paintballs with metalized paint.

Shoot them at cellular antenna faces, coating them. The reflected RF energy travels back to the equipment, overheating and frying it.
