If they are lying Russia knows, if they received anything Russia has tracked all incoming, but if they missed it, Russia can’t believe them either way. Sending a message through the media sounds like a trap.

And if Russia tracked a shipment of new weapons, the warehouse will be blown up tonight or tomorrow. I’ll check back tomorrow because Ukraine announced a big shipment they received yesterday
