I used to be a bartender then went to being a custodian at my childs High School…long story short, I had to censor myself real hard until I noticed that NOT ONE ADMIN EVER disciplined the kids for cussing…so I stopped doing the same. I have Meniere's and I have found that Shilajit is doing wonders for that and psoriasis NOTHING else I have tried has touched these two things, even ivermectin and doxy
It's all about nutrients… minerals to be more precise.
I'm sure you can make a tea with it but I found a capsule form of it. Within two days of taking this …the psoriasis started to go away…now, three weeks later, I barely have a spot on my hand and no dizzy spells.

Thank you Fren…I get all the other things, like the muffled hearing but been lucky to not have the ringing I guess. Most of the peeps in my extended family wear a hearing aid…so I know it's coming. I wasn't informed about it till I fell and broke my tailbone, and my Aunt responded with, "oh nooooo, not you too" and went on to explain what the others in the family had delt with. Please, just try the Shilajit…it really is working for me. I so don't want to not be able to drive my car or ride my bike. A month ago, I couldn't even sit on a porch swing because of it. Now, it doesn't bother me.
You are very welcome. I feel the best I have felt in yrs…Thyroid disease, autoimmune x2 and Menieres … and nothing but this has ever made me feel so good.
I also should tell ya, that the lactose intolerance has also stopped. Huge plus cuz I love cheese
