'He is no-nonsense':

Joe Rogan says Tucker Carlson could WIN the presidency in 2028

if the fired Fox News host decides to run

Podcaster Joe Rogan becomes the latest to suggest Tucker Carlson has the support for a 2028 run at the White House. The former Fox News anchor has been cagey about his political ambitions since being sacked by his bosses in April but Rogan says 'If Tucker went to run in 2028, he could win.' Speculation about Carlson's own political ambitions have soared since he was sacked by Fox News in the wake of its $787million settlement with Dominion Voting Systems over voting fraud allegations in April.

A Requiem for Dominance: New US Strategies to Deter Aggression

Pentagon assessments and think tank studies continue to highlight the erosion of the United States military’s dominance over a growing and improving Chinese force. Decrying the loss of American primacy, government officials and analysts now call for dramatic increases in defense spending and greater investment in the industrial base to sustain US overmatch. But attempting to field a larger and more capable force than the People’s Liberation Army in Beijing’s backyard is likely the wrong way to deter aggression against US allies such as Taiwan or Japan. The US military—and the US government more broadly—needs a new approach. A new Hudson Institute study, Campaigning to Dissuade, proposes one such approach, which would use available and emerging technologies to attack China’s operational strategy, prepare for a protracted conflict, and campaign to undermine Chinese military planning and confidence.

Hudson Senior Fellows Bryan Clark, Dan Patt, and Ezra Cohen will discuss the challenges facing US policymakers and new strategies for deterring Chinese aggression with Rear Admiral Michael Studeman (USN), commander of the Office of Naval Intelligence and director of the National Maritime Intelligence Integration Office.

Arrest warrants issued for Alabama riverfront brawl

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Police said Monday that arrest warrants have been issued in connection with a riverfront brawl in Alabama’s capital that drew nationwide attention after video showed a group of white people pummeling a Black riverboat worker, an exchange that sparked a massive fight.

Major Saba Coleman of the Montgomery Police Department said there are currently four active warrants and more could be issued after authorities review more footage. Police said Sunday that several people were detained and charges are pending.

Video circulating on social media showed a large melee Saturday that appeared to begin when a crew member of a city-operated riverboat tried to get a pontoon boat moved that was blocking the riverboat from docking.

A white man shoved and punched the Black crew member, according to the video taken by a riverboat passenger and published by WSFA. The conflict escalated when several white people joined in on attacking the Black crew member. A separate video shows that several Black passengers then confronted the pontoon boat group after the riverboat docked, sparking another brawl that was largely split along racial lines. …
